출하 전 검수Pre-shipment Inspection
제품이 나가기 전에 외관, 수량, 작동 상태를 확인합니다. 문제가 있는 제품은 보내기 전에 먼저 걸러냅니다.Before products go out, we check appearance, quantity and function. Anything with a problem is caught before it is sent.

포장Packing
운송 중에 제품이 상하지 않도록 제품 형태에 맞게 포장합니다. 박스에는 제품명과 수량 등 필요한 내용을 표기해, 받으시는 쪽에서 바로 확인할 수 있게 합니다.We pack to fit the shape of each product so nothing is damaged in transit. Boxes are marked with the product name, quantity and other details, so you can check them right away on receipt.

내용물과의 상용성Compatibility with the Formula01내용물 감량Content Weight Loss충전된 내용물의 건조 감량을 측정합니다.We measure the dry weight loss of the filled formula.
02내용물에 의한 용기 마찰Abrasion by Contents인쇄문자, 핫스탬핑, 증착, 코팅막이 내용물과의 마찰에 견디는지 측정합니다.We measure whether printing, hot stamping, vacuum metallizing and coatings withstand rubbing against the formula.
03내용물에 의한 용기 변형Deformation by Contents오래 닿았을 때 팽창, 수축, 변색, 균열 등이 생기는지 측정합니다.We measure swelling, shrinkage, discoloration and cracking after long contact with the formula.
04내열성 · 내한성Heat & Cold Resistance내용물이 담긴 용기와 소재가 열과 추위에 얼마나 견디는지 측정합니다.We measure how well the filled container and its materials withstand heat and cold.

13크로스컷Cross-cut접착테이프를 붙였다 떼어 코팅층이 벗겨지는지 확인합니다.We apply and pull off adhesive tape to see whether the coating layer peels.
14라벨 접착력Label Adhesion라벨, 스티커, 수지 지지체의 접착력을 측정합니다.We measure the adhesion of labels, stickers and resin backings.
