From refillable airless bottles featuring metal-free pumps
and PP components to dip-tube, jar and dropper formats

TWIST-FREE REFILL SERIES

Glass Refillable Airless Bottle

The outer glass shell and shoulder maintain a traditional screw
connection, while the inner bottle and inner housing feature
ELCOS’s patented direct-fit, twist-free structure. This patented
design allows assembly and refilling without rotation, enhancing
both production efficiency and user convenience. The elegant
glass outer shell combines with a PP refill inner bottle and
a metal-free, springless pump, creating a fully recyclable,
eco-friendly packaging solution. Available in 15ml, 30ml,
and 50ml capacities.

Glass Refillable Airless Jar

While glass materials have rarely been used in airless jar
packaging, ELCOS has innovatively introduced a new Glass
Airless Jar solution. The outer glass container and shoulder
retain a traditional screw structure, while the inner bottle and
housing feature ELCOS’s patented Direct-Fit, twist-free design.
This unique structure enables assembly and refilling without
rotation, enhancing both production efficiency and user convenience.

 

TWIST-UP LOCKING REFILL SERIES

Round-Type Refillable Airless

This innovative airless packaging features a rotational shoulder
structure, allowing easy locking and unlocking with a simple twist
motion. By lifting the top button, the refillable inner bottle can
be effortlessly replaced, while the combined Twist-Lock and
Lift-Refill mechanisms enhance convenience and durability,
maintaining a perfectly airtight system that prevents
contamination. A premium line that harmonizes refined design
with user-friendly functionality.

Square-Type Refillable Airless Bottle & jar

This innovative airless packaging features a rotational shoulder
structure, allowing easy locking and unlocking with a simple twist
motion. By lifting the top button, the refillable inner bottle can be
