What is ELCOS’s minimum order q’ty(MOQ)?
It is 10,000 pcs per item. We can allow 2 artworks per color spec with printing MOQ of 5,000 pcs.
What is the LEAD TIME for an order q’ty 10K?
Pre-production sample(PPS), your custom color and printing spec samples, takes approx. 15 days.
Compatibility testtakes approx. 7 days upon receipt of 500ml product in bulk
Mass productiontakes approx. 45 days upon receipt of signed PPS
Ocean shipping takes approx. 22 days to CA, west coast and approx. 35 days to NY, east coast
Where are the manufacturing PLANTS located?
Korea factory is located in Hwasung City, about 1 hour drive from Seoul.
China factory is located in Suzhou, about 2 hour drive from Shanghai.
