용기 형태와 용량, 구성품을 정리하고, 소재와 색상, 도색 · 인쇄 · 핫스탬핑 같은 장식 방식을 정합니다. 그다음 용기 사이즈에 맞는 데코레이션 파일을 아트웍 작업에 들어가시기 전에 먼저 전달해 드립니다.We go over the container shape, capacity and components, then decide the material, color and decoration method such as coating, printing or hot stamping. Before you start on the artwork, we send you a decoration file sized for your container.
데코레이션 파일에 맞춰 작업하신 아트웍을 받아, 실제 샘플로 만들 때 문제가 없는지 먼저 검수합니다. 놓치기 쉬운 부분까지 꼼꼼히 확인하고, 수정이 필요하면 엘코스가 직접 고쳐서 다시 보내드립니다.We receive the artwork you prepared on the decoration file and first check that it can be made into a real sample without problems. We check even the details that are easy to miss, and if a correction is needed, ELCOS makes it and sends the artwork back to you.
검수와 수정을 마친 아트웍은 반드시 승인을 받은 뒤에 샘플로 만듭니다. 단계마다 확인을 거치기 때문에, 샘플을 만든 뒤에 처음으로 되돌아가는 일이 없도록 철저하게 진행합니다.Artwork that has been reviewed and corrected goes into a sample only after your approval. Because every step is confirmed along the way, we work thoroughly so that nothing has to go back to the start once the sample is made.
