What is ELCOS’ Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 10,000 pieces per item. We can allow 2 artworks per color spec with a printing MOQ of 5,000 pieces.
What is the LEAD TIME for an order quantity of 10K?
Pre-Production Sample (PPS), which is your custom color and printing spec samples, takes approximately 15 days.
Compatibility testing takes approximately 7 days upon the receipt of the 500mL formulation in bulk.
Mass production takes approximately 45 days upon the receipt of the signed PPS.
Ocean shipping takes approximately 22 days to CA (West Coast) and approximately 35 days to NY (East Coast).
Where are the manufacturing PLANTS located?
Our Korea factory is located in Hwasung City, about an hour drive from Seoul.
Our China factory is located in Suzhou, about a 2-hour drive from Shanghai.
Where can I find a PRICE LIST?
We custom manufacture and decorate our goods to the customer’s specification. Thus, there is no standard price list. Please send us an email for pricing.
What are the PRICE TERMS offered by ELCOS?
The price incoterms of FOB, CIF, and DDP are offered.
What FINISHING options does ELCOS offer?
We offer various finishing options such as vacuum metallization (shiny/satin/matte), frost coating, UV coating, color spraying, etc.
What are the DECORATION options that ELCOS offers?
We offer decoration options such as silk-screen, hot-stamp, heat transfer, off-set, etc.
